Flavionet freeware license agreement

Please check carefully the license applied to all Flavionet software:

0. Preamble

The software you have received under Flavionet leadership is freeware. This means that you are free to use it for any use, but it's excluded the use for governmental purposes. Also you are free to distribute it to whom you want and as many times as you want without problems. These copies have the same license you are reading now.

1. What you can and can't do according with the current license.

You can, free of charge:

• Install and use the FlavioNet software for free.
• Copy, store and distribute as many times as you want this software.
• Use for free and distribute the possible files created with this software.
• Link, comment and distribute the FlavioNet's software official download links. Please read the section "Official downloads".

The FlavioNet license denies you the rights of.

• Change the license to copies of this software.
• Modify, decompile, disassemble or create derivations of this software.
• Modify the files included with the official software distribution.
• Sell or license copies of this software to third-party.
• Use this software in profit of illegal activities.
• Upload this software to your own web/HTTP server without the explicit consent of the author.
• Distribute this software by mail using spam.

2. Official downloads.

The official downloads addresses are always under the domains "FLAVIONET.COM" or "WINESQUEMA.COM". Any URL address outside these domains are NOT official downloads. Remember that you are not allowed uploading this software to your own web/HTTP server without the explicit written consent of the author.

3. Use for commercial and lucrative purposes.

The indispensable requeriments to use any of the FlavioNet products for commercial and lucrative purposes are:
